Receipt Usage Limits

To keep our system fair and balanced for everyone, each receipt can only be used a limited number of times in the app.

How many times can I use a receipt?
You can use one receipt up to 3 times total.

However for receipts with multiple brands listed (eg, a Supermarket shop with 5 Social Tip Brand partners listed) can be used 3 times per receipt per brand.

How do receipt uses work?
Each receipt can be applied once per content type.

Once a receipt has been used for a specific content type, it cannot be reused for that same type again.
Example
If you submit:

You’ve reached the maximum usage for that receipt.
Exceptions
We understand that not all creators operate on every platform.
If we can verify that you do not actively use one of the supported platforms, we may make an exception that allows all 3 uses on a single platform.
These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, cannot be requested and are not guaranteed.
