Social Tip Posting Guidelines

When posting about our partner brands, please follow these specific requirements:

Checking Brand Eligibility

  • Explore the Brands Page: Find a list of partner brands on the dedicated 'Brands' page in the app.

  • Future Updates: New brands are added to Social Tip regularly, so check back frequently. Social Tip restricts posts to its partner brands only. If you post about a brand that is not a partner, your post not be eligible for a reward.

Receipt Requirements

Your receipts must be:

  • Complete - Fully visible and not cropped

  • Clear - All details must be legible, including product details

  • Genuine - not AI generated or handwritten

  • Can not be taken from someone else

  • Less than 28 days old.

Product Content Requirements

Your content must:

  • Clearly show the product - The actual item should be visible

  • Show packaging - Include product packaging when relevant

  • Be authentic - Real experiences and genuine content only. No screenshots of the brand’s website or re-use of stock images.

Actions which will result in your post being rejected:

  • Deleting your post once you have synced it

  • The supply of invalid or incomplete receipts

  • Using a receipt that does not belong to you

  • Screenshots from the brands website or your order

  • Just posting a brand partners logo

  • Content tagged to Social Tip that features partner brands inappropriately

  • Posting content irrelevant to the brand which has been tagged.

Tips on how to increase your rewards:

  • Show the actual product (even better with packaging) in the first few seconds/first carousel slide

  • Create genuine content about your real experience - tell us why YOU love the brand

  • Use Reels - they're far more engaging and authentic

  • High-quality posts with variety across different brands (avoid posting the same brands repeatedly).


What Posts Get Rewarded for Social Tip ?

To earn rewards on Social Tip, your posts must include Social Tip either verbally or visually. Here are examples of qualifying content:

Posts that qualify:

  • Content about Social Tip itself

    • Sharing why you like the app

    • Sharing what you've earned from posting

    • Authentic reviews and experiences about Social Tip the app

    • Screenshots that we have provided or are from our app.

Posts that won't be rewarded:

  • Content that doesn't mention or show Social Tip or anything related to the app.
